Order Processing

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed.

We do not ship or process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may be needed.

We will do everything we can to ensure your order arrives on time, but we cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control such as courier labor strikes or inclement weather.


Free shipping on orders over $100 within Canada. Flat fee of $15 for orders under $100. We are only shipping within Canada at this time.

Making changes or cancelling an order

To ensure your order arrives to you as soon as possible, we start processing it the moment it is received. Because of this, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order once it is placed. If you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate.

Return Policy

All items purchased on our website (excluding sale items) can be returned within 30 days of the shipping date.

All sale items are final sale. No returns or exchanges.

All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original hang tags intact.

The condition of the product is at the discretion of SWISH.

We are not responsible for damages that occur during shipping and or during the care of an item, such as dry cleaning, washing, or wear.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges; exceptions may be made if we determine the reason for the return is our error. We currently do not offer exchanges.
